Questions, Answered.
The things IT and operations leaders ask us most, before they standardize on LorallyZone.
LorallyZone uses retrieval-augmented generation: before answering, the Company Brain retrieves the most relevant passages from your actual documents and connected systems, then generates an answer grounded in that content and cites the sources. If it can't find supporting evidence, it says so rather than inventing an answer.
Enterprise deployments support configurable data residency, so your information stays in the region your policies and regulations require. Hosting options are scoped during onboarding based on your requirements.
You connect your identity provider for single sign-on, and configure role-based access control to map your existing roles to permissions across every module. Access and offboarding follow your directory, so removing someone there removes their access here.
LorallyZone is permission-aware end to end. When it connects to a source, it respects that source's access rules — so a person only sees connected content in search and AI answers if they already have permission to it at the source.
Starter and Business teams can self-serve with guided setup. Enterprise customers get dedicated onboarding and migration support to connect systems, configure access, and import existing knowledge. Timelines depend on scope and the number of systems being connected.
Yes. Each department can have its own assistant, scoped to that team's documents, policies, and workflows. Enterprise plans include custom assistant configuration for more tailored behavior.
Enterprise plans include an uptime SLA and dedicated support. Specific terms are agreed as part of your Enterprise agreement.
Starter covers the core knowledge workspace — Knowledge Hub, Company Brain search, Universal Search, collaboration, and tasks. Business adds Document Intelligence, department AI Assistants, Workflow Automation, Analytics, and SSO.
Plans are offered on standard monthly or annual terms. Cancellation and contract length are set out in your agreement; Enterprise terms are tailored during the sales process.
Analytics is aggregated to show usage, adoption, and workflow performance across teams, and access to it is governed by role-based permissions — so only the leaders you authorize can view it.
